Hemant Soren Become CM of Jharkhand
On 29th December 2019, Hemant Soren took oath as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand. The coalition of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Congress and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) won the assembly elections with majority votes. Hence they will form the government and elect the CM. The BJP Governed Jharkhand for the last 5 years. This is a very big & shameful defeat for them. This is the second time Soren was sworn-in as the CM. He was the CM between July 2013 and December 2014. The Results of the Jharkhand assembly elections, were announced on 24th December 2019. The JMM-Congress-RJD Coalition won 47 of the total 81 seats in the Jharkhand assembly. BJP won only 25 seats. BJP has failed to form government in Maharashtra and now in Jharkhand as well. Soren is Jharkhand’s youngest CM. He has worked hard for peace and development in Jharkhand.
